</span> </span> <span class="card-operate active"> <span class="edit"> &nbsp; </span> <span class="content"> &nbsp; </span> </span> </span></div> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>大家好，我是B學(xué)長，一位土木相關(guān)背景的同學(xué)，通過指南者的幫助，申請到了擁有<strong><span style="color: #0086d1;">&ldquo;工科MBA&rdquo;美譽</span></strong>的香港科技大學(xué)工程企業(yè)管理專業(yè)；而后憑借在港科大的努力所學(xué)，校招進入了三中一華某家的投行部。</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>目前，我的主要工作是為地產(chǎn)類企業(yè)提供各種標準化債權(quán)融資服務(wù)，這份工作可以將我的<span style="color: #0086d1;">土木背景和碩士專業(yè)融合起來</span>，讓我在資本市場領(lǐng)域充分發(fā)揮自己獨特的&ldquo;土木+經(jīng)管&rdquo;復(fù)合背景優(yōu)勢。</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>資本市場潮起潮落般的變幻永不停歇，自己也非常幸運在過去幾年參與了資本市場各種最為前沿的實踐，親自見證了一批相當具有市場影響力的項目發(fā)行，我也從中收獲了十足的工作成就感。</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><img src="https://info.compassedu.hk/sucai/content/1725241982636/1725241982636.jpg" /></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>現(xiàn)在，我把自己的故事分享給各位寶子，希望這篇文章能把我的經(jīng)驗和好運傳遞給每一位申請季的弟弟妹妹。祝愿各位都被自己的夢校錄取，并迎來一段&ldquo;治愈自己一生&rdquo;的美好求學(xué)經(jīng)歷。</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h1><strong>01 </strong><strong>緣起港科：來自朋友圈的offer show</strong></h1> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>時間倒回去大二，自己當時還是一個眼神透露著清澈和愚蠢的男大生。歷經(jīng)每個中國寶寶都要經(jīng)歷的&ldquo;黑色高三&rdquo;后，大一大二總會給高三緊繃的自己來一些找補，給自己之前失衡的生活來一場瘋狂的補償，每天吃喝玩樂就是不想學(xué)。</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>在大一的成績出爐后，意識到問題的自己，開始想法子逐漸擺脫那種渾渾噩噩的狀態(tài)，并開始認真思考大四之后的我該何去何從。分析了下自身當時的情況，按照大一的績點，保研估計困難重重；而考研那種&ldquo;在黑夜里洗衣服，不知道衣服洗的怎么樣，只知道要一直洗&rdquo;的狀態(tài)，我知道自己高三后一定達不到，因為除了堅定方向外，還需要強大的意志力和信心；<span style="color: #0086d1;">那剩下的就是工作和留學(xué)，但是本科就工作，我心里似乎也有點虛，</span>懷疑自己能力能否達到；而我英語還是有點底子，似乎留學(xué)是一條最適合我的路。</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>恰逢一位高我兩屆的學(xué)長在朋友圈曬他剛拿到的港科大EEM的offer，從來都不會仔細看朋友圈的我，恰好就那次偏偏點開了offer圖片，放大看了下這個專業(yè)，并且還去公眾號、留學(xué)論壇認真搜羅了解了下。</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>那天晚上睡覺前，我始終腦子里想的都是網(wǎng)上對這個專業(yè)一邊倒的好評話語，看到<span style="color: #0086d1;">不限制本科專業(yè)但是偏向工科學(xué)生、全員985和高學(xué)分績的門檻</span>、設(shè)置科學(xué)實用且非常有吸引力的課程、畢業(yè)生的多元化去向、<span style="color: #0086d1;">各種big&nbsp;name公司的去處</span>&hellip;&hellip;想到混子一樣的自己，和這個專業(yè)勾勒給我的美好幻想，<span style="color: #0086d1;"><strong>這個專業(yè)真能給我?guī)磉@么大的轉(zhuǎn)變嗎？</strong></span>說不心動是假的，于是那天晚上，我失眠了。</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>現(xiàn)在分析下當時的心理，其實動機還是相當初始的：只是因為別人都說好，就覺得自己也要擁有。雖然不是一種自發(fā)的動機，但好歹也是動機吧。自此，我心中暗暗立志未來要念這個專業(yè)。同時我知道，自己是那種想法說出來就不靈的體質(zhì)，因此這個志向我一直深埋心底，沒有和任何人提起過。</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><img style="display: block; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;" src="https://info.compassedu.hk/info_imgUrl_phpu4geEd.jpg" alt="" /></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>這個動機也成為后來我大學(xué)生活的一個支撐，后續(xù)開啟<span style="color: #0086d1;">瘋狂刷學(xué)分績、考雅思、刷實習(xí)</span>的模式，這段經(jīng)歷回憶起來也是百感交集，要說的話又可以拆成一篇長文，此處略過。而后申請季便是早早提交，并很幸運收到了學(xué)校發(fā)的第一批offer，還記得查郵件收到offer那時，我坐在去往教學(xué)樓的電動車上，看到offer 郵件直接叫了出來，著實把座位身邊的人都嚇了一跳。</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>直到今天，我還能記得當時那種激動得快要跳起來的感受。</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h1><strong>02 </strong><strong>人生的至理：不要給自己設(shè)限</strong></h1> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>因為眾所周知的原因，2019-2020年身邊人不斷勸阻我來香港追求學(xué)業(yè)。最終還是力排眾議，我選擇了堅守本心，拒掉了其他offer來到香港，來到港科大，來尋找心中的白月光。剛一過關(guān)踏足這片深圳南邊的土地，一種強烈的&ldquo;未來會變好&rdquo;的想法在心中油然而生。</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><img style="display: block; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;" src="https://info.compassedu.hk/info_imgUrl_php1WdYDX.jpg" alt="" /></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>出租車窗外，景色開始逐漸變成小時候看的港片里的街景；而當車子開到西貢，我才發(fā)現(xiàn)原來在香港這個摩肩接踵、繁忙逼仄的花花世界，居然還有西貢這樣一片世外桃源般的地方，特別是港科大的校園，盡管開學(xué)前已經(jīng)在網(wǎng)上看了很多校園景色的視頻圖片，但當見到真面目的時候，還是覺得視頻照片未能及實際的十分之一。</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><img style="display: block; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;" src="https://info.compassedu.hk/info_imgUrl_phpkhPJjZ.jpg" alt="" /></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>開學(xué)前，和好友行步于離學(xué)校不遠的<strong><span style="color: #0086d1;">&ldquo;最美徒步路徑&rdquo;</span></strong>麥理浩徑二段，山巒疊嶂，綠意盎然。沿途林木蒼翠，溪水潺潺，宛若人間仙境。猶記得大帽山上和朋友俯瞰視野，浩瀚無垠；坐觀清水灣的海天一色，碧海藍天。在自然的饋贈里，和同儕盡享大自然的雄奇壯麗，著實也緩解了初來香港的那種焦慮緊張的情緒。</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>還沒完全從麥理浩徑的美不勝收回過神，我也開始了自己的新學(xué)期。果不其然，同學(xué)背景如論壇所說，<span style="color: #0086d1;">基本都是985院校的同學(xué)</span>，還有一些具備相當業(yè)界經(jīng)驗希望尋求更多職業(yè)可能的同學(xué)；這是一個包容和多元化的集體，同學(xué)的專業(yè)背景是真的五花八門，化學(xué)、材料、能源動力、電子信息、金融、財務(wù)管理、工業(yè)工程&hellip;&hellip;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>在第一堂課破冰里，老師讓大家組隊完成一項任務(wù)。破冰課讓我深刻感覺到，大家的思路都非常活躍，因為來自不同專業(yè)，已經(jīng)形成了本專業(yè)看問題的思考角度，于是大家都能從自己本專業(yè)的視角出發(fā)，給出獨特的解決問題方法。這一點真的和本科非常不一樣，因為本科大家都是來自一個專業(yè)，小組討論大家的觀點都是比較類似的。</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><img style="display: block; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;" src="https://info.compassedu.hk/info_imgUrl_phpMPLvXM.jpg" alt="" /></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>另外，我還有幸<span style="color: #0086d1;">結(jié)交了一些能力強、平易近人同學(xué)朋友</span>，在我開學(xué)時的學(xué)習(xí)生活中就有形無形地督促著我，甚至費時費力幫我修改簡歷、推薦到一些大公司實習(xí)。我真沒想到會遇上這么好的同學(xué)，居然可以不索取任何回報去幫助你。</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>正是在這樣一種獨特的氛圍下，我?guī)缀鹾屯瑢I(yè)里各種背景的同學(xué)都打成了一片。其中一位本科學(xué)金融的哥們是我最開始結(jié)識的。一天午飯后，和他逛著校園，閑聊當中，我分享了對自己前景的焦慮。我描述自己本科那些聽名字就很硬核的課程，以及過往的地產(chǎn)基建的實習(xí)，我說自己不太想去工程行業(yè)了，但現(xiàn)階段也不知道未來的路怎么選，一年的時間我似乎沒有多少時間細致思考。</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>他回復(fù)說，<strong>&ldquo;為何一定學(xué)什么就要做什么呢，你可以去金融嘗試下，比如去券商工作。&rdquo;</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>我不以為意，&ldquo;投行很需要看實習(xí)吧？我沒有類似實習(xí)。&rdquo;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>他回復(fù)，&ldquo;沒有就去試試，現(xiàn)在行情還是好找的。&rdquo;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>接著又給我推薦了幾家大券商，還跟我分析要把自己的劣勢化為優(yōu)勢，比如理工科學(xué)生跨專業(yè)到投行，雖然基礎(chǔ)會比金融科班同學(xué)差一點，但是理工背景和知識配上經(jīng)管，是一種復(fù)合背景，反而會成為區(qū)別于其他金融科班同事的特別優(yōu)勢，且這種偏好復(fù)合人才的趨勢在他看來是在加強的。那天中午我著實是被點撥了一下，心中萌生出嘗試的想法。</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><img style="display: block; Think there is no box.&rdquo;</span>我花了好幾天琢磨這句話啥意思，但是始終只能達到&ldquo;Think out of the box.&rdquo;這一層。即便只是這一層，也讓我想到以前自己似乎都活在了一個框架里，學(xué)啥就只能去做啥，而且按照前人的路徑去無腦復(fù)制，也不管適不適合自己。</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>本科時大家都以高學(xué)分績、保研為榮，畢業(yè)了也都遵循學(xué)長學(xué)姐的路線，去到對口行業(yè)的對口崗位。諸如上述其實都沒錯，但是那只是一種被證明了無數(shù)次的正確道路。而不假思索去追隨走前輩的道路，可以看作是一種戰(zhàn)略上的偷懶，無腦復(fù)制最終是有可能斷送自己的某些機會甚至天賦的。</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>都說人生是曠野不是軌道，人生的道路不規(guī)則，需要我們自己去探索和應(yīng)對各種變化。既然我不想再沿著此前的軌道繼續(xù)嘗試地產(chǎn)基建類的機會，那我就應(yīng)該去別的領(lǐng)域大膽嘗試。正好我們會學(xué)很多商科的課程，我也對企業(yè)的運營、各種經(jīng)管實踐很有興趣，加上港科大商科的光環(huán)背景加持，因此我可以多去商業(yè)領(lǐng)域嘗試下。</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>我的想法推動了自己命運齒輪的轉(zhuǎn)動。<span style="color: #0086d1;">專業(yè)課程里面有相當多且全面的商業(yè)類課程，包括數(shù)據(jù)分析、經(jīng)理會計學(xué)、公司金融等</span>，我們那屆甚至新開了一門區(qū)塊鏈的課程。這些課程非常適合工科背景同學(xué)去補充商科知識，已經(jīng)可以滿足一個工科生轉(zhuǎn)商科的基本需要了。</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>明確目標后，在這些課程上我也努力學(xué)習(xí)，最終拿到了全A的成績。持續(xù)關(guān)注金融業(yè)求職的基礎(chǔ)上，我一邊積極networking，一邊瘋狂投遞簡歷，只要看到牌子大一點的我都投，那段時間各種投遞郵件都寫出花了，無數(shù)次已讀不回、面試被刷的最后，也確實收到了好幾家不錯的實習(xí)offer。</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h1><strong>03 </strong><strong>放手去做：認準了就去干&nbsp;</strong></h1> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>機緣巧合，不久后，經(jīng)一位熱心港科大同學(xué)介紹，我得以進入<span style="color: #0086d1;">某券商投行部實習(xí)</span>，于是拒掉了其他的實習(xí)offer，來到這兒的項目處實習(xí)。實習(xí)中我了解到，<strong><span style="color: #0086d1;">投行現(xiàn)在確實會偏好一些有跨專業(yè)背景的人，尤其是理工類專業(yè)的人才。</span></strong>實習(xí)持續(xù)了高強度的三個月，雖然強度很高但工作氛圍很和諧，同事們工作都很有熱情和干勁，讓我也深受感染。我對于企業(yè)運作的興趣、快速學(xué)習(xí)的能力、靠譜以及能吃苦的特質(zhì)打動了同事，并幫助我推薦到了公司罕見的春招。</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>很快來到春招。我放棄了收到的地產(chǎn)工作offer，并投遞了公司的春招，很幸運地一路過關(guān)斬將，陸續(xù)通過了簡歷關(guān)、測評以及無領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組面、壓力面、高管面等共5-6輪面試；所有面試都通過后，還要通過近1個月高強度的實習(xí)考核。那一個月也是非常煎熬的一個月，憑借自己堅韌的抗壓能力、良好的溝通能力以及出眾的工作交付，最終得到了考核官認可，順利通過了所有考核，<strong>拿到了夢寐以求的offer。</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><img style="display: block; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;" src="https://info.compassedu.hk/info_imgUrl_phpfTsowm.jpg" alt="" /></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>從前那個在我心中高不可攀的神壇頂尖般的工作，每位金融學(xué)子最為夢寐以求的去向，直到我碩士入學(xué)前都是不可想象的。無數(shù)個日夜，在港科大圖書館里泡著，望著窗外山海進行過的那些痛苦又艱難的思考，以及對抗著強冷的空調(diào)努力在課業(yè)上、求職上尋求突破的努力，那些經(jīng)歷的辛酸苦辣，只有自己知道。</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>而現(xiàn)在一切都pay off了。</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h1><strong>04 </strong><strong>母校是我的精神烏托邦</strong></h1> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>從土木到&ldquo;工科MBA&rdquo;，再到投行，這段經(jīng)歷在外人看來是精彩耀眼的，在我看來是能治愈一生的，尤其是當正式入職后，工作遇到困頓之時，<span style="color: #0086d1;">回憶起這段經(jīng)歷總能給我?guī)硪煌鶡o前的力量</span>。</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><img style="display: block; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;" src="https://info.compassedu.hk/info_imgUrl_phph2QbKz.jpg" alt="" /></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>至今難忘港科大的山海之景，依山而建，傍海而生的校園為師生創(chuàng)造了一個伊甸園般的研究學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境，是每位HKUSTer可觸及的精神烏托邦；難忘在港科大遇到的各位恩師和摯友，一路上給我各自支持鼓勵，有幸能和你們共度了最無憂無慮的時光；也衷心感謝指南者留學(xué)為我的夢想保駕護航，牽線搭橋。永遠懷念的是那一年，那個朝氣蓬勃、擁抱無限可能的自己，在面對生活的挑戰(zhàn)時總能治愈自己，給我以無限的慰藉和支持。</p> <p style="color: #444444;">&nbsp;</p> <div class="qrcode-content-wrapper" contenteditable="false"> <div style="position: absolute; top: 20px; left: 335px; z-index: 2;" contenteditable="false">&nbsp;</div> <div style="position: absolute; top: 20px; left: 456px; z-index: 2;" contenteditable="false">&nbsp;</div> <div style="position: absolute; top: 1314px; left: 20px; z-index: 2;" contenteditable="false">&nbsp;</div> <div style="position: absolute; top: 2829px; left: 20px; z-index: 2;" contenteditable="false">&nbsp;</div> <div style="position: absolute; top: 3862px; left: 20px; z-index: 2;" contenteditable="false">&nbsp;</div> <div style="position: absolute; top: 4637px; left: 20px; z-index: 2;" contenteditable="false">&nbsp;</div> <div style="position: absolute; top: 5628px; left: 20px; z-index: 2;" contenteditable="false">&nbsp;</div> <div style="position: absolute; top: 6796px; left: 20px; z-index: 2;" contenteditable="false">&nbsp;</div> <div style="position: absolute; top: 8358px; left: 20px; z-index: 2;" contenteditable="false">&nbsp;</div> <div style="position: absolute; top: 9366px; left: 20px; z-index: 2;" contenteditable="false">&nbsp;</div> <div style="position: absolute; top: 20px; left: 384px; z-index: 2;" contenteditable="false">&nbsp;</div> <div style="position: absolute; top: 20px; left: 506px; z-index: 2;" contenteditable="false">&nbsp;</div> </div>
