CV
Resume/Curriculum Vitae | Upload your resume/curriculum vitae to the online application.
Fee
Complete the online application and pay the application fee ($60 for U.S. students and $70 for international students).
RL
In the online application, list contact information for three recommenders. At least one letter should be from an academic reference.
If you wish to use the online recommendation process, select that option. After you have submitted your online application, your recommenders will receive an email with a link to upload their letters. We strongly recommend that you provide official institutional email addresses for your recommenders (e.g., osu.edu address rather than a yahoo.com address). The online process is preferred.
If you do not wish to use the online process, letters of recommendation must be sent directly from your recommender to our program office (address below). Paper letters must be written on recommenders' original letterhead stationery and each letter should be accompanied by a completed Reference Form.
Transcript
Upload one copy of your official transcripts to the online application. If you do not have a copy of your official transcript, have your institution send an electronic copy to gpadocs@osu.edu or have paper copies sent to the Graduate and Professional Admissions office.
Advising reports or web printouts are NOT acceptable; they must be images of official transcripts (front and back)
Even if transfer credit is listed on your final transcript, you must submit the transcript from each individual institution you attended for post-secondary coursework
International credentials should include certified educational records and degree certificates or diplomas in the original language with English translations
If you have not completed your degree yet, submit your transcript as it is currently.
If admitted, you will be required to submit final, official transcripts
