Fee
There is a $75 non-refundable application fee which can be paid online by credit card or by mailing a check.
RL
You will need 3 letters of recommendation. Check the online recommendation box and enter the e-mail address of your recommender. Our automatic system will send the necessary information to the entered e-mail address.
Transcript
Official transcripts should be mailed to Northeastern University, Bouvé College of Health Sciences, Graduate School, 123 Behrakis Health Science Center, 360 Huntington Avenue, Boston, MA 02115, and e-transcripts to bouvegrad@northeastern.edu.
Applicants may upload a scanned version of their official transcript when submitting the online application. Those transcripts will be considered unofficial and will fulfill the transcript requirement.
Web-based transcripts or printouts from the applicant’s student account are not accepted as unofficial transcripts.
Applicants will continue to have the option to submit official transcripts, however official transcripts will only be required when a student is accepted into a program.
Applicants should list the college from which they received their BS/BA under Institution 1 on the Education Information section of the application.
International applicants must submit their official transcripts to one of the three accepted credentialing agencies. A course-by-course, GPA and degree equivalency evaluation is required.
International applicants are also required to submit the official transcript or a scanned version of the official transcript of the international institution.
