PS The statement of purpose should be structured as follows – Answer the following four questions (maximum of 125 words on each question with a maximum of 500 word limit for the entire document. CV A short résumé or Curriculum vitae (in PDF format), submitted with your online application. Fee The fees for applying are $60.00 for domestic students and $100.00 for international students. RL Three (3) Letters of Recommendation (LOR) MUST be submitted electronically with your online application. Transcript Unofficial* transcripts from every academic institution you attended for which a degree was conferred.
