PS All graduate programs require a written statement to be uploaded within your application. Your written statement is a critical component of your application for admission and can sometimes be the determining factor in approval of admittance or financial support. Therefore, your statement should reflect your professional goals, as well as familiarity with the program and faculty at UNC-Chapel Hill. GPA An average grade of B (cumulative GPA 3.0) or better CV All graduate programs require a resume or CV to be uploaded within your application. Your resume/CV should provide information about your work and volunteer experiences, research, awards, recognitions and activities pertinent to your proposed program of study. Fee A non-refundable $85 application fee is required for each program to which you apply. RL Applicants are required to provide information about their three recommenders, such as their email addresses, via the online Graduate School application for admission. Each recommender will receive an email with a username/password and the link to the recommendation site. Here, along with identifying information, they will type the recommendation letter or attach a .doc or .pdf file. Transcript As stated on the application instructions on the Graduate School website, one unofficial copy of your transcript(s) must be uploaded in your application. Once you have been admitted to the department and accepted our offer, you will need to send your final, official transcripts to the Graduate School before enrolling in classes.
