PS Describe your professional goals, experience, and responsibilities (two-page maximum). GPA Post-secondary (undergraduate), junior/senior (last two years) GPA is required. CV Upload your short, one- to two-page résumé to the online application. Fee All application fees are nonrefundable. A $65 nonrefundable application fee is required for degree admission and postbaccalaureate (including graduate) credit certificate programs. RL You will initiate the process through the online application by entering the name and email address of one reference. Upon submission of your application, an email will be sent to the recommender requesting him/her to complete a brief online recommendation regarding your commitment to success in an online program and addressing your professional capabilities and readiness for graduate study. Recent work or military supervisors are preferred. Recommenders must submit the form in order for your application to be complete. Transcript A copy of an official transcript from each institution attended, regardless of the number of credits or semesters completed. Transcripts not in English must be accompanied by a certified translation. Penn State alumni do not need to request transcripts for credits earned at Penn State, but must list Penn State as part of your academic history. Upon admission and your acceptance of admission, you will be asked to send an additional official transcript. You will receive instructions at that time.
