For this, I led my teammates to complete the BJD Doll Clothing Studio project, where our teammates performed their own duties under my reasonable division of work and coordination to decide on target consumer groups, sales channels, and product styles according to relevant sales data and consumer preference statistics. Encouragingly, our efforts rewarded us with the Excellence Award and a 2,000 RMB sponsorship. Through this experience, I became deeply aware that it is vital to flexibly apply theoretical knowledge to direct practice, instead of blindly executing a given plan.
